[POEM VIDEO] First Hero

This poem was inspired by the courage of first responders during the COVID-19 crisis. When the pandemic started, there was no clear messaging about how to protect yourself and so many first responders got ill. Some lost their lives.

But overworked, tired and afraid, many first-responders carried on working, saving hundreds of thousands of lives.
